About and privacy

BELtogether is a not-for-profit social project started by LAC BV. Its aim is to explain federal criminal law, municipal administrative sanctions (GAS) and regional rules in plain language to everyone who lives in Belgium, newcomers and refugees included. The site is available in Turkish, Dutch, French and English.

Our tone is protective, not accusing: not "You don't know the rules", but "Rules differ from country to country; people who know them protect themselves, their family and their rights."
