Accident report helper
See what to do at an accident, what to write in each box and which circumstance to tick in box 12.
At the accident
- 1Stop and stay at the scene. Driving away is a crime, even if it was not your fault.
- 2If anyone is injured, even lightly, call 112 or the police (101).
- 3If there is only damage to property and you agree on what happened, fill in the form together with the other driver.
- 4If you disagree or the other driver will not sign, call the police; write your view in box 14.
- 5Both sign and each keeps a copy. After signing, the front cannot be changed.
- 6Report the accident to your insurer in writing as soon as possible, and within 8 days at the latest, enclosing the form.
